Book Your Appointment
We want to make scheduling your hair appointment as easy as possible! We use a secure booking platform called Boulevard. You can see our real-time availability and pick a time that works best for your schedule.
Online booking is our main method for scheduling. We do not take walk-in appointments because we want to give the person currently in our chair our full attention without interruption.
When you book online, you can choose the specific service and the stylist you want to work with. However, if you are not comfortable booking online, you can always call us at 406-730-1244 or email us at Thehairloftmt@gmail.com to schedule your appointment. We are happy to help find a time that works for you.
You do not need to create an account or remember a password to book with us! We ask you to provide your first name, phone number, and email address. The Boulevard system will then send you a confirmation message and a reminder text before your appointment. Done!
Our salon policies
We have a few simple rules to keep the salon running smoothly for everyone.
Deposits and payments
For most regular haircuts, styling, and hair coloring services, you do not need to pay a retainer. You pay the full amount at the time of your service. The only exception is for hair extensions. Because we have to order the physical hair specifically for you, we require a deposit up front for all Invisible Bead Hair Extensions (IBE) services. Cancellations and rescheduling
We reserve your appointment especially for you! We also know that schedules change and emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible. Our online booking system lets you easily cancel or reschedule. We do have a cancellation policy in place to protect our stylists’ time. Please give 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s). Any cancellations, reschedules or no-shows, within the 24-hours, will be charged 50% of the total cost of scheduled services. For arrivals 15 minutes or more late, it is up to the discretion of the stylist to cancel the appointment (and charge the Cancellation Fee.) This is to keep the stylist’s daily schedule running on-time as well as to protect and respect their other client’s scheduled appointment times. Two no-shows results in no future appointments.
